It's probably a bad idea to step on the scale *every* day, but I can't help it... I'm getting a bit obsessed. When I move to CA I won't be able to do that which will be good. I drank a TON of water yesterday and every time I woke up, I had to pee. Or maybe I woke up because I had to pee. Dunno.
Breakfast: So far, a crunch bar. I'd like to have some cereal but I might be too lazy to get it.
Water: 12 oz so far but I'm thirsty so I know I'll be having some more.
Lunch: Ham sandwich and the smallest bowl of mac and cheese. (Baby's lunch looked good! haha)
Water: 20 oz
Dinner: Will be Peanut Butter Chicken. Yum! We haven't had it in forever. I'll make white rice and limit how much I have.
Water:
Exercise: Since I had the day off from work, I went during the day rather in the evening. It's MUCH less crowded and I like that. I ran and walked for 30 minutes then biked for 20. In the 20 minutes I biked, I went over 5 miles! That's nuts. hah Baby went with me and enjoyed herself in the day care. She was the only there. :)
Water: 16 oz.
Kay, I couldn't help myself. I broke down and had a snack. It wasn't like the snacks I used to have in the past, which is good. An example of a snack from my history: A sandwich and a bowl of ramen. Would you not agree that is more of a meal than a snack? Today, I'm having a glass of milk, a spoonful of peanut butter and 2 graham crackers. I would have had celery, but we don't have celery in the house right now. Anyway, it's still pretty healthy considering. :)

Day 15
Last time I tried to lose weight, I lost 5 pounds in a week (due to the amount of and because of the food itself.) It was the Over Eaters Anonymous diet, but it's so stinking expensive to buy all that food. Not gunna be doing that this time, but I'll bet if I did, along with exercising, I'd lose it *super* quick. ANYWAY. My thought is that since I lost 5 pounds last time (and obviously gained it back) I'd like this short term goal to be 10 pounds. Then continue to lose weight of course. Hopefully by the time Chris and I meet for Disneyland, I'll have lost that 10 pounds. I've lost 3 so far, so just 7 more to go. Then another 10 after that for Margot's wedding. Then another 5 to get to where I wanna be. :) It's do-able!!! I can do it!! I just need to keep this motivation.
Breakfast: A crunch bar. Just one versus the two. I'm just not that hungry this morning.
Water: 13 oz
Lunch: Uh oh... hamburger. They had hamburgers at lunch today! And 6 (or 7) tater-tots. hehe.
Water: 36 oz
Dinner: Chicken and noodle casserole. :) And veggies. I haven't decided between corn and green beans yet but I'll have something.
Water: 28 oz
Exercise: I actually am thinking about skipping the gym today... Bad, I know. But my legs/ankles really hurt today and I'm starving. hah So maybe later tonight after I get some rest. ----Okay, I decided to go to the gym. I went for a half hour, which is better than nothing, right? Then, I went to the mall and got a piece of See's Candy. :) Yum.

Day 14
Oh my goodness! I've lost another pound!!! :) Awesome. I'm excited to be going back to the gym tonight. Yay!
Breakfast: Hard boiled egg and a bowl of Chex. I think this combo and the crunch bar breakfasts are my favorite. I tend to have them most because they are easy and yummy.
Water: 35 oz
Lunch: Some cheese-potatoes and a small ham sandwich from work.
Water: 18 oz (I think that's the correct size of my work water bottle.)
Dinner: Baked chicken and green beans.
Water: 16 oz so far.
Exercise: Ran one mile and then walked a half mile. Then, Carly and I did some arm weights. She was way better but my arms ache!

Wow.
I just had an awesome dream about my mom, Wheat Thins and an airplane ride. Too bad I woke up and realized we need to buy more Wheat Thins... we're out. :( And my mom is in Indiana and the plane ride isn't for 2 more weeks.

Day 13
No gym today. I want to go but I guess it's good to let my body have a rest, plus, the gym is closed today. I also bought some Crystal Lite Green Tea Peach and Mango water flavorers. They are pretty good! They're supposed to help boost metabolism. We'll see if they help at all.
Breakfast: A crunch bar and an egg.
Water: 16 oz
Lunch: Small bowl of chili from last night.
Water: 32 oz
Dinner: I made chicken tacos. Delish!
Water: 24
Exercise: I did 20 (girl) push-ups so far. My arms are still sore from yesterday and the gym machines. After dinner I did 20 more push-ups.
