Loss.
When did I post last? Sunday? I think it was Sunday. I am down to 160.... shoot, 160 point something, which means I'm down about 3 pounds. That's an exciting update. :) I have to admit though, I've been cheating a little bit each day, whether it means a little bit of food off the diet, or accidentally skipping meals due to lack of time. Hopefully I'll get better. :)

I'm Back
Wow, it's been a long time since I wrote on this blog. I've decided to start losing weight again. I just got so busy with work and school last semester, I wasn't able to get to the gym as much as I wanted to. I'm hoping to better schedule my time this semester. I'm starting at 163.3 today. :( Boo, which means I've lost weight and then regained. :( No fun. My goal weight range is between 130 and 135. I'll be doing the Over Eaters Anonymous Diet this time. For anyone who wants it, I'll email it to you. One of my friends will be doing it with me, which is cool. :) We'll be keep each other honest. hehe Anyway, that's all. I think I'll just be posting once a week, probably on Sundays, as far as updates go. Thanks!

Grr.
I think my body gains weight too easily. We had friends over for two evenings this week and I have totally ballooned. ..okay, maybe not ballooned but I certainly gained weight. I know, I know, I just shouldn't have eaten foods outside of my diet, but it was yummy food! I didn't like massively indulge, but what I did eat my body has CLUNG to. I hate it! I'm seriously considering seeing a doctor to find out if I have a thyroid problem. Sigh.
PS. I love that I feel better (and thinner) after going to the gym. I admit, I'm very lazy in motivating myself to actually *go*, but when I'm done and I'm walking out the door, I feel thinner and better. Now, whether or not I'm actually thinner... I don't think really matters, I just feel like I am. :)
PSS. I'm taking a break from HCG for now. I've done it for a month. I'll take a few weeks off and then try again (in probably a month). In the meanwhilst, I'll be going to the gym, doing some weight exercises and not eating like I used to. If anyone wants to join me in this endeavor, you are welcome (both before and after I start HCG again). :)

Finally
This may seem silly but I finally weigh less than Chris again. haha. I weighed less than him when we got married but once our one year anniversary swung by, we were the same, and then I got pregnant and yeah. But the past week or so, I've finally been less than him and (for me,) it's been exciting. :)
PS. ...had spaghetti for dinner tonight, which is DEFINITELY not on the HCG diet, but I figure, gotta cheat a little otherwise, a person is likely to go crazy.

It's been a while.
I just looked at this blog again. It's been nearly 7 months since I last wrote! Things have been pretty crazy, I guess. In December, Chris and I moved back together (which sounds weird, but I promise it wasn't because of marital problems. :) haha I was away at school, remember?), we both continued school and finished the semester in June, and he continued working and I got a part time job. By the end of the semester I was so ready for a break I nearly died. hehe, not really. Okay so onto weight loss!
**Just a note, that goal counter is incorrect, but I don't know how to fix/change it**
I know a lot of people are against HCG but I've decided to try it. I started.... June... something. Early June. Okay, I had to go look. It was June 10th. I had gained back (and more) my weight which was really upsetting to me. I saw on a friend's facebook that she'd lost 25 pounds on HCG and she looked/looks amazing. I asked how she did it and she said HCG and told me where to get it so I did.
I started on the 10 of June, nearly a month ago, and as of today, I've lost 13 pounds. I've got about 3 weeks left on the program and I'm hoping to lose at least another 10-15 pounds. In addition to HCG and the diet, I've started going to the gym again, which I think has been helping. Hopefully after I'm off HCG I'll still be in the mode of going to the gym and will continue going.
I've also noticed that my body retains water and weight really easily which is not fun. I'm thinking about, due to a suggestion from a nurse at work, going to a doctor's to have a thyroid test done. I don't seem to lose weight very easily when it's just diet and exercise so perhaps that will answer some questions and help me when I'm off HCG. I've thought about before and after photos... but I think I'd be happier with just after. So if you want to see any progress, you'll just have to see me in person. :)
