Out of curiosity, I looked up some websites that tell you how many calories you burn. Apparently, I burn from 1800-1900. You type in your age, weight and height and what kind of activity level your day is and it tells you. Here's one of them.

Water: I had a small glass of apple juice.
Lunch: A had a bagel ham sandwich and some sun chips.
Water: 32 oz
Dinner: Pizza-- veggie.
Water: 24 oz
Exercise: I'm hoping to go to the gym tonight. -- Well, I went to the gym tonight. Only to turn right back around. I went to the day care and no one was there!! :( I was really embarrassed (for having to leave so quickly after I'd arrived.) I called when I got home, but the regular staff didn't answer, even though the office hours hadn't closed. I was pretty disappointed. :(

Hi again! I remembered I have an app on my phone that counts calories and takes into account any calories you have burned with exercise. Then my handy app reminded me that they have a website you can use and don't need an app to use it. I used it for awhile months ago and just started back up today. You should give it a shot! :)

And I just remembered it counts water intake, too!
