I haven't been able to post anything because I left town this weekend for a wedding. And I'm not going to post my meals because, frankly, I can't remember all of the days I didn't write about. But, it probably wasn't the best stuff to eat. :) Oh well. I'm back on the wagon today!
Breakfast: Bowl of cereal
Water: Glass of apple juice
Lunch: Ham sandwich and some sun chips.
Water: 15 oz
Dinner: Uh.... oh right. Penne pasta with chicken and alfredo sauce.
Water: Shoot, I don't think I had any. But maybe I did, cuz I've had to pee a lot tonight. And no, Teresa, I'm not pregnant. :)
Tomorrow, I am going to (TRY to) start OverEaters Anonymous. I'm not going to go to the meetings because, frankly, with school starting and Baby, I just don't have time. I'll try to stick to the menu as much as food and the wallet allows. The countdown has officially started now that Margot's wedding is one month away.
So I am printing off the OverEaters Anonymous menu that you sent me. I am going to do it!! We can do it, Emily!! :) It'll be hard with our kiddos and your school on top of that, but I believe in us!

I just realized that because I'm nursing I probably shouldn't hard core diet...but I can loosely use the values from OverEaters Anonymous. :)
