Day 55

Still at 150. Not a big shock, since I only posted about 3 days ago. I've decided to try out the HCG diet. Not the shots... oh my goodness, no way could I voluntarily give myself shots every day, but I will try the drops. There will be a pretty stick diet I'll stick to and then gradually go back to eating normally. It's just been hard going to the gym so much and not losing weight easily or quickly. I think I started this ... what? 2 months ago and I've only lost 7 pounds? Let's see how the HCG works. Anyone else tried it? Comments?

  1. Oh, haha, I read this after your OverEaters Anonymous post.

    A few people at my work last year did it. They lost a bunch of weight. I just worry because you have to be on strict diet when you're on it...I'd be paranoid that I would gain the weight back after I got off the drops. But apparently that's the whole point...somehow this prevents you from gaining it back?

    Anyway, keep posting!
