Day Six

I didn't get to go to the gym today because the gyms shut down on Sundays so that wasn't any fun. I did do some push-ups though. I'll be going back to the gym tomorrow. Yay.

Breakfast: Christopher made me a ham and egg sandwich was pretty good.
Water: 12 oz

Lunch: The rest of the spinach salad from yesterday.
Water: 12 oz

Dinner: Hamburger and a can of corn. Yum. I love corn.
Water: 32 oz

Exercise: Push-ups
Water: 18 oz

  1. YUM. Reading about the yummy foods you're eating is making me hungry. :)

    It's totally fine to take a break from the gym (I'll have to tell you about my current schedule), but also keep in mind that just because the gym is closed doesn't mean you don't have other options. Rest is good for your muscles, energy, etc, though. Just some thoughts
