Why is it that I am gaining weight now that I'm exercising and working out? This is ridiculous. :( In my first post I said I'm starting at 157. Thursday I weight 161!!!! LAME. I have been watching what I'm eating, running, walking, push-ups, etc, So why the heck do I weigh more? Luckily, this morning I weighed myself and I'm back to 157, but how lame is it that I gained weight? TOTALLY lame. Can someone *please* explain this to me cuz I pretty much hate it. Gracias. :)
maybe your not eating enough calories, or your eating to much. They say not to go under 1200 calories, but when I did a weight loss challenge, they had us at 1200 calories a day, and a full hour of exercise every day except Sunday. good Luck :)
ReplyDeleteI dunno. :( It's kinda frustrating. I'm trying to eat around 1200-1400 calories a day. I don't know what I ate before but I'm sure it was well over 2000. ha- gross. A friend of mine thinks it might also be from muscle gain.
ReplyDeleteI definitely think it's either because of the fact that muscle weighs more than fat (and in your last post you said you were excited to see some definition in your arms and you noticed some muscle in your sides) OR it's water weight. Either way, those are totally fine. So don't worry about it. I think I told you before scales are lame. Don't use a scale. Go off how you feel and how your clothes fit. You're doing great! Good job!
